Our design process starts with a personal consultation. During this conversation, we’ll explore your vision, discuss your ideas, and review your inspiration. This is also the perfect time to share your budget for paper goods so we can recommend options that align with your needs. Following our consultation, we’ll provide a detailed price estimate and a production timeline to bring your project to life.
Share Your Creative Vision
If you feel we’re the right fit, we’ll prepare a contract outlining the details of your project. To initiate the design process, a non-refundable 50% deposit is required.
Reserve Your Spot
Now for the exciting part! We begin crafting your perfect design, and within one to two weeks of receiving your signed contract and deposit, you’ll receive custom design proofs via email and your client portal. You’ll then review the proofs, choose a direction, and provide any feedback—your input is invaluable! There are no limits on revisions; our goal is perfection, and we’ll refine the design until it’s just right. Once approved, we’ll finalize details such as paper stock, ink colors, and printing methods, ensuring all elements align before production begins and final pricing is confirmed.

Sign Off
Once you’re completely in love with your design, we’ll send a final approval form before printing. This is your chance to carefully review every detail—spelling, dates, times, fonts, and colors. Take your time, and have a few extra eyes double-check everything to ensure perfection.
Get Ready To Celebrate
Now, let us handle the rest! Production on your invitations is underway. Turnaround time varies based on design complexity and printing method, but typically takes about four weeks. To ensure the true realization of your design concept, Hazel Eye Designs exclusively manages all aspects of paper production coordination including assembly. However, if you’re set on assembling your own invitations, we’re happy to support you in any way we can to make the process as seamless as possible.
